Cancellation Policy

- Daily rates are nonrefundable.
- Congratulatory ads are nonrefundable.
- Additional-fee event tickets are nonrefundable but transferrable.

Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to filipina@ffwn.org. Cancellations until Aug 30, 2010 will be granted an 80-percent refund of your paid registration (excluding membership dues). Cancellations received after Sept. 30, 2010 and no-shows are nonrefundable. No exceptions will be made. FWN will process all refunds 7 business days after the summit dates.

Transfer Policy

  • Email your transfer request to filipina@ffwn.org with the person's name and contact information before Sept. 15, 2010.
  • If a FWN member transfers her registration to a nonmember, the nonmember must do one of two things: a) Pay the difference of the member and nonmember price at the time of transfer, or b) become a FWN member at the time of transfer.

Travel Requirements

Confirmation Letter

FWN will provide confirmation letters upon request only to individuals who are already registered and fully paid for the FWN Filipina Summit.  You can use your confirmation letter for your visa application and arrangements.

FWN special room rate until Sept. 10, 2010:
Thursday, Oct. 7 = $69
Friday, Oct. 8 and Saturday, Oct. 9 = $99
Sunday, Oct. 10 = $69

FWN hotel reservation code is SBFWN0

Room rates are for single/double occupancy (plus any applicable taxes currently at 12% and incidentals).

Additional persons will be charged at $30 per person, per night, with a maximum of four persons per guestroom. 

All room reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night's guestroom and tax charge and will be charged immediately to the credit cardholder's account. Cancellation of reservation allowed up to 72 hours before arrival without penalty.

Important: 
The cut-off date for the FWN hotel special rate is Sept. 10, 2010.  After that date, reservations will be taken on a space available basis only.  We recommend making your reservation early as it is likely the hotel will book up quickly due to the Columbus Day holiday weekend. 

Hotel parking
Parking is available on-site.  If you are registered for the entire / full summit, hotel parking is complimentary for the duration of the summit.
