Governor Brown appointed Edcelyn Pujol to the Dental Hygiene Committee of California. Edcelyn has been a financial advisor at Frontier Wealth Strategies Inc. since 2012. She was a financial advisor at Northwestern Mutual from 2010 to 2012 and a financial planner at Sampson Investment Management from 2006 to 2010. Edcelyn is a certified financial planner and a Board Member of the Filipina Women’s Network.
