Asian Pacific Institute on Gender-Based Violence released a report on the Intersections of Human Trafficking, Domestic Violence, and Sexual Assault.
The report integrates analysis, insight, and expertise from advocates and survivors that can serve as a primer for program design for adult, young adult, and youth victims of trafficking; forge collaborations; expand the field’s knowledge of trauma connected to early victimization; and inform safety, healing, empowerment, and justice.
On May 13th, V-Day FWN and the Women of Color United Against Violence cast stood up to raise awareness about violence against women at San Francisco's historical Herbst Theatre to an audience of over 500 people. The production of Eve Ensler's The Vagina Monologues raised funds for FWN's Anti-Violence Against Women Campaign and the Comfort Women Justice Coalition, a human rights organization building a Comfort Women Memorial in San Francisco as a place for healing and remembrance.

Judith recently started her own cleaning business, Damayan Cleaning Cooperative, a worker-owned cooperative supported by New York’s city council's Worker Cooperative Business Development Initiative, a $1.2 million dollar fund directed to 11 organizations with experience incubating cooperatives in low-income communities of color.
